The Internets... Ooohh Bubbles - Plop Plop Fizz Fizz Edition

Yesterday's absence was... unanticipated.  Client shot down five days of work in a matter of minutes and expected a revision before this morning.  The resulting scramble was Marx brothers like comedy with a bit of Shakespearian tragedy thrown in for good measure.

Products I Love
Second in a series
  • Today's product that your humble editor cannot live without is the greatly underappreciated Alka-Seltzer Morning Relief.  This stuff is, as is all the rage with the kids these days, the motherfucking shit.  I was only vaguely aware of this product until last year's BOTI family trip to Vegas over Thanksgiving when I was introduced to it by my brother.  How did someone so young become so wise.  Anyway, Fizzy Aspirin + Caffeine = Instantly Absorbed Hangover Relief.  Fighting back the previous night's indulgences isn't the only thing that ASMR is good for;  I've actually started to use it as a substitute for my morning Diet Coke.  It's got more caffine, doesn't rot your teeth (even diet sodas are bad news there) and is absorbed into the system pretty much instantly.  One packet of ASMR and an Emergen-C before the morning shower has become a prerequisite for a smooth workday morining.  The downside is that as it's not very popular, the SKU has been delisted by most retailers.  Your friends at  Amazon and Drugstore.com are more than willing to hook you up though..... for a price.

You make a pretty good case for switching my morning blend from Starbucks to Alka-Seltzer and Emergen-C.  I'm actually going to give it a whirl...maybe I'll chase it with my Starbucks.

I need teepee for my bunghole!  Are you threatening me?!?
