The Internets Shred - CAG Edition

I finally purchased Guitar Hero II last night (big ups to the Cheap Ass Gamer community and their knowledge of a Toys-R-Us Exploit).   I found myself in Bloomington, IL yesterday and on the way home we passed a TRU.  I asked my car full of my coworkers if they minded if we take five minutes so I could run an errand. Here's the gist of the conversation:

Me: I need to stop for five minutes
Girls: Ok, where?
Me: TRU
Girls: OK, what are you getting?
Me: Guitar Hero II
Girls: Guh,  what's that?
Me: Video game
Girls: Neat, who's it for
Me: Me

So yay for me.

  • Gumtree is like Craigslist except it's different.  It's British.  No apartments here.  Only flats.
  • I saw a Cubs fan that was soooo drunk yesterday.  "How drunk was he?"  He was so drunk that he was leaning out of the back seat of a Jetta with the door wide open;  Vomiting while the Jetta driver merrily putted along in rush hour traffic.  It was rather disgusting.  But he still probably wasn't as drunk as this guy.
