I'm currently on hold with Tivo. Five minute wait time my ass. We're at 8 10 15 minutes and counting right now. Those bitches sure don't make it easy to cancel. The hold message just told me that if the Beatles were still around there would be no crime (or something to that effect). I have a feeling the conversation with the CSR is going to go something like this: CSR: How may I help you today Me: I want to cancel. I have DirecTV DVRs now CSR: Did you know that you can use your Tivo with your DTV DVRs? Me: I want to cancel CSR: Did you know that every time someone cancels Tivo god kills a kitten? Me: I want to cancel
And so on....
I saw two cabbies get into an accident and a subsequent fist fight this morning. It was all kinds of awesome.
